Metro, After Taillevent

Drew.  This is what people look like after the 4 hour tasting menu at Taillevent.  Notice the faraway gazes, the tired look in the eyes.

Sara: Actually, we didn’t have the tasting menu, but the regular formule (avec wine). The eight-course deal was expensive—really expensive—but we would have done it if we thought our mothers could have handled it. Still, I was completely full by the end. If we’d had the eight-courser, Drew would have had to carry me home.
